YOKKAO is looming – Who’s your money on?

YOKKAO is only 3 weeks away now!

With October 8th drawing closer and closer one of the biggest shows of Muay Thai in the UK, YOKKAO 19&20, is set to blow the roof off the Macron Stadium in Bolton. With many of the fights now announced for YOKKAO 19&20 there is a buzz about social media with fighters and fans alike beginning to get very excited about the upcoming event.

The two headlining bouts are Liam Harrison vs Fabio Pinca and Jordan Watson vs Ben Hodge. Neither titles are on the line but that doesn’t mean that the stakes aren’t running high on these two fights. Liam and Fabio will be fighting for their spot as the best non-thai farang. Jordan and Ben are both No.1 at their respective weights so that fight is guaranteed to deliver fireworks too!

There have been many fights announced so far, many of which we at MTBUK are extremely excited to see! Some of the UK’s best talent all under one roof with gyms from all over the country coming together to put it all down in the ring. These fights aren’t in any particular order nor are they in any slight running order but it is just an opportunity to put down who will be fighting across both of the events come October 8th.YOKKAO 19&20 Jordan vs Ben

Fights I could locate so far (there may be more)

FABIO PINCA VS LIAM HARRISON
JORDAN WATSON VS BEN HODGE

NATHAN BENDON VS JACK KENNEDY
MANACHAI VS PANICOS YUSUF
LUKE TURNER VS CARLOS CAMPOS
DARREN HOWIESON VS CHARES SIKWA

I mean, anyone who is anyone would be excited for this. The who’s who of the Muay Thai world will be there. As will MTBUK reporting on the event. I aren’t officially going as press but I will be keeping the Facebook page and Instagram up to date with results and catch a few people and get a few snippets of interviews as I pop around the crowd.

With YOKKAO having such a great social media presence it is evident that they are very close to becoming one of the most well known brands in the world. Previous events has gone from strength to strength and it looks like this one is no different. Who’s your money on to take the wins out of the fights? Who do you think will be fight of the night? Let us know in the comments below!

Here are the highlights from YOKKAO 17&18 that happened earlier in the year:

I have been writing for a little while now and hope you enjoy the content I put out here for you! Drop me a line and say hi!
