Well hello! It has been a minute since I’ve logged into here and seen good old Muay Thai Blog. As some of you may know, I have spent the past 18 months working on another project called Fight Record. For one reason or another, I am no longer part of the Fight Record team and now need a place to put out my ramblings about Muay Thai.
Fight Record will still be very much functioning and I will probably help them in the future working on content and stuff but I am concentrating on all things me for a while. I am starting up my own business called Magic Mouse Media and I am going to be helping local businesses with their social media content, producting videos, pictures and writtten content for them to use online to boost their brand awareness.
I love Muay Thai and I aren’t stepping away from the sport but I just aren’t in a position to commit what Fight Record needs. Muay Thai for me at the moment needs to be a hobby while I grow my business and put food on my family’s table, which is the most important thing to me.
There is some big news though! As part of my now writing for fun again, I will be writing a bit more about Fat Lad to Fighter. Which, up until now, have been writing on Fight Record (but not doing much in the way or writing). So now it will be updated on here. I aren’t going to be ‘firing Muay Thai Blog back up’ just using it as a place to write and communicate all things Muay Thai.
A lost has changed since I last wrote on here and I look forward to updating on the journey that I have been through in a reflective manner. I will be able to share the good, the bad and the ugly to show you what it took to train for my first ever fight (this weekend!).
For now, this is just me saying hello again and I look forward to using this place to say hello quite frequently and informally. I love Muay Thai. It is such a big part of my life and I aren
