Liam Harrison vs Malaipet

Liam Harrison vs Malaipet from Lion Fight 23. This is a fight from ‘Lion Fight 23’ in July 2015. Liam Harrison is a beast! As is Malaipet to be honest.

This was a cracking fight, I thought both fighters did fantastically well. What do you think of the fight?

Fighting at that level takes a special kind of person and in this Liam Harrison vs Malaipet this is absolutely no different. Liam Harrison is UK No.1 at his weight and rightly so, he is an absolute demon. His leg kicks are not to be reckoned with. On the other hand Malaipet is just as dangerous with that explosive power and technicality.

A perfectly executed game plan from Liam. I remember when he was over there last year with Dan  McGowan who also fought on the show.  Now I must share that video too, that was a brilliant fight! Dan was dominating the fight until he got caught with a nasty elbow and the fight was brought to a fight early. In an interview Dan said that he doesn’t see that fight as a loss because he did so well and I must say, I agree!

This is the description I took from the video on Youtube: “This fight between Liam Harrison BAD COMPANY -UK- vs. Malaipet Sasiprapa TEAM SASIPRAPA -USA- under full Muay Thai rules in the welterweight division was the main event at LION FIGHT 23. Referee of this fight was the legendary Coban “The Cruncher” Lookchaomaesaitong. The show was held in Temecula, California – USA on 31st of July 2015. DAY OF DESTRUCTION-TV was there to present you the very best Muay Thai Promotion of Northern America.”

I own no rights to do with the video or its content and they belong to that of the owner.
