Search is now live! is now live!

This is something that has been pressing on my mind for a little while now. I have been toying with the idea of creating a place specifically for my Fat Lad content and ideas.

Centralising this section of my content creation and creating a place whereby everyone can come and get updated on all things Fat Lad without the distractions of other, old and non-relevant content. It also tidies things up and gives everyone a place to go and get one thing, updated directly on Fat Lad progress.

Curiosity got the better of me last week and I checked whether the .com was available and much to my surprise, it was! In that moment I just secured it and began building on it. I was very quickly seeing the overall potential of this and seeing the benefits it can create both me my audience and myself.

The shop, member only section, blog and everything will be centralised and kept together. The blog will be updated regularly with topics and themes discuss and planned in advance. There is also an archives section where I have managed to collate all of the old Fat Lad content from previous sources.

I have called them Fat Lad 1.0 and Fat Lad 2.0, here you can see and read all of my old posts while I was still on the large side of life talking about how hard things are and how disgusting training is (nothing much changes haha).

I thought it would be good for people to see and watch the times when it was tough both mentally and physically. I will be creating a section about the mental health benefits of training and Muay Thai and how it can positively affect your mood for the day and help you make better decisions. it here. It has been born and the revolution is about to take over! I will be discussing all of my fights on there, updating all of my pictures on there and posting all the videos I create on there too! It is going to be busy and I welcome you all to come along and join me.

Muay Thai Blog will take a back seat soon and I will redirect all traffic to the Fat Lad website eventually but for now, as it is a better performing site, I will leave it here and let it do it’s thing.

It’s not goodbye, it’s head over to Fat and home and see me there haha!
