Damien Trainor and Warrior Collective team up!

Damien Trainor has to be one of the most dangerous mother fuckers to ever have fought out of the UK. Now head coach at K-Star Legacy Gym in Birmingham. Having a decorated record and an impressive amount of achievements, Trainor is one of the most recognised names internationally when it comes to the art of eight limbs.

Known for his brutal hands and work rate, he teams up with Stuart Tomlinson of Warrior Collective for this tutorial video. Working unorthodox combinations for the elite level fighter. Even if you’re not elite level, it might be fun trying some of the combinations shown in this video. It showcases some traditional Muay Thai styles as well as the top-class work that Stuart puts in to record videos of the highest quality to educate members of the martial arts community.

The Warrior Collective have been very busy creating a library of content for practitioners of a plethora of different, very well-known martial arts. Damien Trainor has also been very busy with seminars overseas recently spending time in America at the CSA Gym in California and has hosted one of the most well-known Muay Thai bloggers there is active at the moment, Paul Banasiak.

Paul Banasiak is half of ‘The Muay Thai Guys’ podcast with co-host and partner in crime Sean Fagan. Both of whom have featured on the Muay Thai BlogCast. There are a couple of episodes that have been recorded of the Muay Thai BlogCast which will be released early in March. I’d watch out for these two because they are fire.

Some really interesting guests who have a lot to say about the beautiful art of Muay Thai, so watch this space. Until then, enjoy this very informative tutorial brought to you by the Warrior Collective and Damien Trainor if K-Star Legacy Gym in Birmingham. Take heed and give it a try in your next session in the gym.
